Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's Separation Has Me Questioning If Love Is Real

Okay, not actually questioning if love is real, but this news is not "another mountain I want to move."

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's Separation Has Me Questioning If Love Is Real

Apparently, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth being the Hollywood power couple we all thought they were meant to be really is a dream we'll never reach.

After about 10 years of an on-again, off-again relationship, Miley and Liam FINALLY got married in December 2018. However, here we are not even eight months later, and it seems the couple has... called it quits?!

This whole week-long separation has honestly been a whirlwind, and people aren't entirely sure if Miley is as upset as her decade-long lover after she was caught kissing Kaitlynn Carter no more than a day after news of the separation was released.

But, both Miley and Liam finally shared their thoughts and feelings to the world, easing some of the pain we feel for them (and kind of for ourselves, too).

And while we are mourning this loss of love, there is undoubtedly great comfort knowing the two still seem to care for each other.

Even though Miley's rebound may have seemed rather... hasty, it appears she is not giving up either.

Or at least that's all we can hope for.

Because seriously, how can you not be questioning if love is real after watching a couple that's been together for like ten years get married and then separate not even a year later?!

Let's just hope Miley was serious when she sang, via the iconic Hannah Montana, "You'll Always Find Your Way Back Home." Because I truly, in all seriousness, think that a couple that has been together that long - through all their ups and downs, trials and tribulations - has to have comfort, a home, in one another. Since it's only been a week, let's keep rooting for the best for both of them - hopefully, that means getting back together and not escalating to divorce... but you never know, I guess. We have to remember, she's just an "Ordinary Girl!"

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
