It's that time of year again-- the two week period where all hope of sleep and stress-free weekends go out the window, and our computers are jam-packed with google tabs of websites that could hopefully explain the topics that were very much covered in lecture but completely ignored. So, since no one can really live without their Thursday nights with Shonda, even through midterms, why not acknowledge yet another time that TGIT covered the entire spectrum of emotions?

1. You realize your midterm is in a week but the past two months of class have consisted of you online shopping and taking Buzzfeed quizzes.

2. So instead of trying to teach yourself the material, why not spend yet another night procrastinating?

3. But then you remember that Gossip Girl will still be there after midterms and that you should really start filling out that 64 page study guide.

4. Its been two days and you can already feel yourself becoming a different person.

5. You're angry and confused and delirious and your hatred toward the professor is getting worse by the minute.

6. And then you realize your professor doesn't care and that you're only hurting yourself. So you pull yourself together for the remaining 24 hours you have left to study because thats what Olivia Pope would do.

7. You can barely keep your eyes open but after 7 cups of coffee, you feel like you're on top of the world walking into the exam.

8. You sit down to take the test and soon you find yourself breezing through the first page. Who knew midterms were a huge joke?

9. You flip the page and try to ignore the first question that's way too hard to answer. But hey, its only one problem right?

10. The test continues and then you see it- the question your professor only told you 39,487,398,473,984 times wouldn't be asked.

11. You're on the verge of tears but then you realize that you're only human and you tell yourself that a grade on a midterm won't determine the rest of your life.

12. After what feels like days, you stand up and stare at the finished piece of paper that ruined your entire week.

13. You run out of the exam ready to move on from the week that made you question why you ever thought college was a good idea.

14. The stress is over so the only thing left to do is celebrate the fact that within the past week, you ordered only 6 feta breads and cried only twice.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
