Why You Need To Listen To Youtube Stars Megan & Liz Now

Megan & Liz, aka Megan and Liz Mace, are fraternal twins who should be on your watchlist. These singer-song writers began their careers in 2007 and have gained a significant fanbase who call themselves Macers. Megan & Liz have put out six EPs: "All of Our Boyfriends," "A Twinning Christmas," "This Time," "Bad For Me," "Simple Life," and "Deux."

Megan & Liz, like many new artists, post frequent videos on YouTube that range from music videos to beauty videos. They currently have over one million subscribers to their main channel and are constantly gaining new fans. I highly suggest checking out some of their videos!

I saw Megan & Liz perform live in 2014 and even had the chance to meet them before the show. Although I have met very few celebrities, I can honestly say that Megan and Liz are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. They greeted me with a friendly hug and talked to me for a few minutes. I could tell right away that their love for their fans is as true in-person as it is in their videos.

Not only are Megan and Liz extremely friendly and loving people, they are also just as talented. They readily admit that it has taken them awhile to figure out exactly what style suits their voices and passion for music the best. With their newest EP release, "Deux," Megan & Liz state that these seven songs accurately represent their lives, feelings, and who they are as singer-song writers.

After listening, if you believe Megan & Liz's original songs are not for you, you can check out their covers of popular songs from varying genres of music. One of my favorites is their cover of "Girl Crush" by Little Big Town.

Another interesting fact about Megan & Liz is that they were featured on "Oprah" in 2009. Oprah surprised the twins with a video-chat session with one of their favorite artists, Taylor Swift. Their reaction is hilarious, so check it out!

I can guarantee that even if you do not love Megan & Liz's songs, you will fall in love with their personalities. Next time you find yourself wanting to listen to some new music, check out these up-and-coming artists!
