Yes, we all are aware/agree that change is a bothersome thing to endure, this is why not many people are too keen on the idea of changing their views to conform to others. Many would suggest that an alter in everyday routine thinking could be regarded as burdensome, aggravating, and difficult.
I propose for this perception to be refined.
Reality: Adjusting your views on just one concept will allow you to consciously draw to otherwise unlikely conclusions on other concepts.
Not understanding something an individual does should not rub shoulders with not agreeing with whatever that "something" may be. When you don't understand an action committed I advise you to try and "place yourself in the other persons shoes" to get a better understanding before concluding that you do not agree.
For the longest time I could not wrap my head around why some individuals don't follow simple directions, whether they be directions from a teacher, parent, or peer. Then I realized that people interpret commands differently than others.
Oh wow! What a revelation! (complete sarcasm) I know, this thought should have occurred to me sooner, but for some reason it decided not to be thought of.
This is when I realized my views on mankind need to be altered. It's not fair for me to rule some people out of my life because I failed to see things through their eyes.
If we're going to make this world into a healthier place to live in, then I suggest we slip into the shoes of those we do not understand, concluded our thoughts fairly, accept change, be kind to each other, humble ourselves, and live for the advantage of others (not to tear down but to rebuild the self worth of those we encounter daily).
