This is the story of a girl who was lost somewhere in the dark.

She was living happily from her childhood onwards. Her life was so good that she got the most valuable gift from god at the time when she was born. The gift she got was her parents. She grew up with her parents. After some more years, she got another gift from god. But this time the gift was sent by god as a little brother. She thought she was the most lucky person in this world. When she was 8 years old, her father went to work abroad. As her father comes occasionally to visit them, from that point onwards, her mother started taking care of her children alone. She felt really sad that there was no one to help her mother. She decided not to make her parents worried about her ever. Little she started to live for her parents and her little brother. She was doing good in her academics as well as in her life. Her mother was her guide and best friend. So she was in the safest hands. The years has passed. She met so many people. As a magical bond, some stayed in her life, some passed on, some became strangers. But life has to move on.

As life goes on, she was pushed into some hallucinations or some other world by some forces. But she didn't knew that. One day, when she was so worried thinking about her future, she thought of taking a walk to make her mind refreshed. She started walking to some where. As she started walking, she saw a powerful light far ahead. She decided to look what is that and walked to the light but didn't knew to where she was walking. As she walked, the light came closer and closer. She realized that the light is coming from a door. When she looked back, she noticed that she is so far away from everything. There was no other light there. She cannot go back. Anyways she had decided to enter through the door. As soon as she reached the door, she noticed that, it was not an ordinary door. The door was round shaped and was not made up of wood or any other solid substances. It was made up of feathers. White feathers made that door look like an angel's wings.

She went in through the door. Then she felt that she is more safe now. She moved in and started walking through the white colored path. As she was moving in the intensity of light became lower and lower and at last dark. She was so scared. There, she noticed a small light. A white colored light. Even if she was scared, she decided to move towards the light. Because she doesn't have any other option. As she moves on, she felt she became more and more safer. She reached the source of light. It was not a light itself. She could not understand what she saw there. It was not a human being, but a shadow. The shadow was transparent. Through this shadow a source of light is coming out. First she was scared to go much closer to that shadow. But later, she became familiar with that shadow and thought it was an eternal light for her life. She became amazed when this shadow talked to her. She felt it was a part of her life. She realized that it was the most beautiful moments in her life and thought it will be with her for ever. But... she realized that, it was just a thought that the eternal light will be with her. That shadow began to move away from her. She couldn't imagine that. Because she liked that light so much and already made it a part of her life. So when the light started to fade she felt broken. Again she was pushed to the stage of sorrow. But the light had faded away. It was so scary that, at that time it was the only source of light existed.

Then she realized that she forgot to go back. Back to her family. Back to her life. She decided to go back but as soon as she turned back, she understood that it is dark all around her. She cannot go back but tried to look for the door through which she came in. But she couldn't find that. It was the worst moment in her life till now.She lost her eternal light and the shadow and then she realized that, She was lost in that darkness. Totally helpless.

As days passed from there, she realized that she lost her soul some where in that dark and that darkness was some magical world which she couldn't figure out. Now, she is living without her soul inside her. It is still some where in the dark. At this point she is living with just assumptions. Because it is totally dark in here. Hoping for that eternal light to come back to her. So that she can find her soul and bring that back to life.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
