I was in my freshman year of college when I first learned about the mythical brand known as Lululemon. All of my dance and theater major friends raved about the brand. I never knew what the big deal was. I mean they looked comfy and thick. But that was really it. They didn’t look any different than a pair that you could buy at Victoria’s Secret or in Target’s C9 athletic section. But was I dead wrong. They are unlike any other legging or pant that you could buy. Now I know what you’re thinking, “But Jessica they’re like $100 a pair!!!!” Don’t worry friends, I am aware that all college students are riding the money struggle bus. Everyone is like…

Now let's get down to it. Whether you're a runner, a yogi, a crossfitter, or a HIIT person, there is SOMETHING for you at this store! Lululemon is doing everything right from the store to the clothes themselves, and I will be taking you on a journey through my first experience in a Lululemon store. When I first walked in the store, it was like a beautifully organized wonderland. I looked to my right and it was a whole section of soft and pretty shirts. I walked around a little bit, feeling all of the fabrics of the shirts and bras and jackets. Then I saw it. In the back is a treasure chest of pants. They had every type you could ask for. From full-length tights to yoga pants, to shorts. I pounced. Except I had absolutely no idea of what I wanted. One of the sales girls, I think her name was Sarah, was for the happy to help me. She asked me what my main activities were. At the time, I was running, taking a dance class, and weight lifting. I told her all of the things I did, and she followed up with asking if I had any areas that I wanted to hide at all. I gladly told her that I wanted to hide my tummy area. Sarah then directed me to a few pairs of soft, beautiful, jet black pants. I fell in love instantly. I picked up a few pairs and Sarah whisked me off to the fitting rooms.

While I was trying these leggings on, I looked in the mirror and was shocked! I had never seen a pair of leggings make me look that good! They hugged in all the right places, accentuated where I wanted, and most importantly made my legs look long and hid my problem tummy area. I felt like my thighs and butt were being embraced into a tight, soft, snug hug. Of course, I wanted to buy every single pair, but I didn't have $500 to drop on leggings. So I settled on the Wunder Under crop pant (pictured below).

They were everything I could have asked for and more! All of Lululemon's clothes give women something they have always wanted. Self-confidence. When I put on my first pair, I felt like I had more confidence than ever before. After buying the pants I, just like every other woman who has bought a pair, wore them EVERYWHERE! They looked good going to and from the gym or with a cute outfit. They kept my problem areas in check while I worked out. They didn't roll or fall down while I was doing cardio, and they didn't show everyone my booty when I bent down. It was like a gift from God!

Every woman should have a chance to experience this brand. I'm not saying go bankrupt buying every pair in the store. But if you have the means, I highly recommend buying, at least, one pair. You will not regret it! You will feel confident that nothing is going to move around or slip out while you workout or walk around in daily life. No one will see your underwear, or your butt when you bend over and you will look incredible! I stand by my brand and I hope my story will make you want to try a pair too!
