Living arrangements on a college campus can be super tricky. Either you get the privilege to live on campus and get stuck in a 3'x4' room, or you get the luxury of having your own room and bathroom but have to drive to campus everyday. There seems to be no perfect medium, but there is one exception: living in the sorority house. Yeah, you still have community bathrooms and have to share a room, but the pros FAR outweigh the cons. Here are 10 reasons living in the srat house rules!

1. You live in a real life mansion.

I guess all of our MASH games paid off because you can definitely say you lived in a mansion after living in the sorority house. With 30+ rooms and multiple gigantic bathrooms, sorority houses rival the White House.

2. Surrounded by your best friends.

Living in a dorm is pretty fun and it is a great way to make friends, but living in the srat house is so much better. You already know everyone and you are already best friends, so from day one it is one big party that never ends.

3. 40+ closets to shop from.

Wow is this one awesome or what? You know that feeling when you walk into your closet and you're like, "I have NOTHING to wear!"? Well don't worry, you'll never say it again after you move into the sorority house. You'll never be caught in the same outfit twice.

4. You only need to wake up 10 minutes before class starts.

Sorority houses are so centrally located on campus it is only a five minute walk to any building on campus. Where else can you wake up that late and still make it to class on time, and maybe grab some coffee on the way out too? Nowhere.

5. You're able to eat every meal every day.

If you don't live in the house there is rarely a day when you eat more than one meal at the house. But when you get the privilege to live in the house you get absolutely spoiled with food and goodies. It's like heaven.

6. Chapter meetings and practices are just a trip down the stairs.

Gone are the days of having to go from campus to the apartment and then back to campus for chapter. You'll never be late again!

7. House Mom.

Living far from home can cause a little homesickness, but thankfully we are blessed with a mother away from home. If anything is every wrong or if you are sick the house mother will take care of you. She is an absolute blessing and we love them for everything they do for us.

8. The beds are surprisingly comfortable.

Say goodbye to nasty and uncomfortable dorm mattresses and hello to fluffy pillow-tops. I mean we are already so spoiled, why stop with food?

9. The bathroom is the meeting spot.

Ever wondering what's going on on any given night? Just walk into the bathroom and ask; you're sure to hear all of the fun activities going on. Plus you'll probably also hear about any drama that you missed from the night before. Girls will be girls, why fight it?

10. You're never alone.

The best part is no matter what, a sister and friend is right next door if you need anything.

Don't you wish we could live here forever? I do.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
