I wish I could say that I had an official list of Life Lessons; however, I don't. If I took the time to write down every lesson I learned each and every day, I would have no time to learn the lessons. So, here I sit (stand? write?) before you to tell you a few of the tens of millions of lessons that I have learned in my 243 months of life.
Lesson #243
Googling how many months you've lived in an effort to find a new way to state your age is a waste of time. Also, if you took a second you could probably figure it out with a calculator.
Lesson #5
Try. In everything you do, try. Whether it be trying to get an A in an extremely challenging class or trying to finish a whole pizza by yourself, put everything you've got into it. I believe in you.
Lesson #26
If one of your friends is being crappy towards you, walk away. There's no need for unnecessary people in your life. Keep the 7 that you need and the 7 that need you. Equilibrium is key; friendships take effort, but they should never be exhausting.
Lesson #3
The gym is your friend. Even if you're not there to stay in shape, get in shape, or gain muscle. Working out releases endorphins, endorphins make you happy, happy people are better people. Go work out.
Lesson #49
If a guy tells you that you're cute, question it. Yeah, it's nice. Yeah, he could mean it. And yeah, the chances of him turning out to be your next or maybe even true love are probably EXTREMELY high. I'm just saying check his intentions. That's all.
Lesson #57
Don't wear heels if you can't walk in them. You'll look like an idiot and you'll kill your legs trying to act normal. 0/10 do not recommend.
Lesson #infinity
Be thankful. Grateful. Blessed.
Life lessons are something that we experience and usually hardly give thought to in our everyday lives, but they're still important. Even if it's a lesson about sandwiches.
