I could not ask for a better friend. Really. I admit with complete sincerity you are far cooler than any girl or guy pal I have ever had. Our connection in friendship makes it feel as though we have been buddies since early childhood. You are not just a “guy friend” to me, you take the title of best friend; the kind of friend people seek out to be part of their lives always; the kind of friend some will never find; the ultimate kind of friend I wish for every good person. So it’s a little sappy, you’re the milk to my cookies, the Batman to my Robin, and most importantly, friend, the Chandler to my Joey.
You never fail to make me smile. It’s easily an everyday occurrence whether we’re in person, Facetiming, or texting. Your personality is unwavering. You are funny and witty-- so very funny and witty. I don’t believe I have never met anyone with such a tremendous sense of humor. You regularly make this too serious of a girl laugh. You know, that intense laugh where no actual sound comes out. Sometimes you make me laugh so hard my mascara runs down my cheeks. Not only are you bright in terms of quick thought, but your energy is bright by definition. You project joy. A room full of people can lighten up with your presence. Of course, your humor reaches an even higher level of funny when it gets you in a tad bit of trouble-- nothing serious of course, just the occasional shenanigans that result in a written comment or two by a professor-- which then causes even greater laughter. Our friendship is so special. Our inside jokes are the funniest and I mean, who else would have full-length conversations through social media entirely in caps lock? Probably just us, but it is pretty great. Thank you for your bright, comedic personality and making me laugh -- a lot.
When there happen to be days of overwhelming stress, you are there offering support or even just an ear allowing me to rant about the circumstances. Thank you for being a good listener. It is a quality that not everyone possesses. You are so patient and understanding. You are a great guy.
Since we met, friend, I quite honestly do not know what I would do without you. Whether we are watching television and downing a pizza, singing throwback songs at the top of our lungs, (basically) doing donuts in your car in empty parking lots, I am enjoying these experiences with you that I know will ultimately be part of great college memories.

Having such a genuine friend in you is the best feeling. I find comfort in knowing I can count on you even if you do use clips from The Brady Bunch to assist in your advice. Funny. Thank you for being a friend: the best bud.
