Dear Pinterest,

We’ve been friends for quite some time now, and over the years you have helped me through so much. Whenever I have a big problem, you’re right there. Your pins from others around the world have helped cure my sunburn, stomach ache, and gross teenage acne. If I need a new hairstyle, or a new way to do a smokey eye, you’re bound to help me find the best look. Let’s be real; you’re like a more fabulous google, and I can even save my favorite things. I guarantee all women have been planning their dream wedding since they were 13. You have helped me find the perfect dress, the perfect flowers, and perfect DIY glitter wine bottle centerpiece. When I’m sad, I know I can turn to you to find the best chocolate mug cake recipe and a list of movies that will lift my spirits. Without you, I might not have my daily workout routine, or know how to properly tuck boot cut jeans into riding boots. You made leaving for college so much easier. I was so prepared with all of the lists you provided, I rarely had to make a Walmart run. Being acquainted with you has certainly made my life easier. Having you right on the home screen of my phone is the perfect distance, just a click away. Thank you for all of your help. There are more boards to pin on in the future.

Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
