An Open Letter To My Sister

My Sister,

We have our ups and downs, and we may not always treat each other how we should. We fight over clothes, showers, and many other meaningless things, but at the end of the day I wouldn’t want to call anyone else my sister. The things we have in common allow us to grow closer, and our differences give me the opportunity to see life in a perspective I wouldn’t have otherwise taken the time to see.

Growing up with you has been such a blessing, and without you life would have been filled with far more boredom. Whether you know it or not, you’ve already accomplished so many incredible things, and I know you will continue to do so as you go on to create new chapters in your life.

I’ll be here for you no matter what life throws your way, and hope you know that I will always want to be there to help you when you need it. I’m so proud of you and the person that you’re growing to be, and I love you so much, even if I don’t always show it. Thank you for being such an incredible person, I wouldn’t want to have taken on growing up with anyone other than you.
