An Open Letter To My Person

To "My Person,"

I can not thank you enough for everything you do for me. Thank you for the person you are. Thank you for everything you do for me. Thank you for always being there. I know that no matter how much I screw up or the mistakes I make that you will always be beside me holding my hand. I honestly do not know where I would be if I did not have you in my life. You have made me into such a better person over the last three months. I am beyond blessed to call you "my person."

Thank you for always knowing how to cheer me up when I'm having a bad day and always knowing the right things to say. Thank you for always answering my phone calls even if you are busy. Thank you for being the person that I can come to with any problem. I know that I can always count on you for anything and that you will always be my shoulder to cry on. I know that you will always wipe my tears away and be the person I can vent too.

We have made so many memories together and they all have a special place in my heart. I could never forget all the memories, inside jokes we have shared or all of the laughs we have had together. I appreciate you always laughing at my jokes even when I did not think they were really all that funny. You have made such a big positive impact in my life.

Thank you for loving me when I feel like no one could possibly love me and caring about me. Thank you for always reassuring me that everything will work out for the best when things do not always go like we want them too. Thank you for never letting me feel anything less than important. Thank you for making me so incredibly happy and being my number one supporter. Thank you for always being proud of me and being there when I am sad. Most importantly, thank you for not only being my person but my best friend and most importantly my boyfriend. You have never given up on me and for that I can not possibly thank you enough.

Thank you for being the person I can call when I am extremely happy or sad and any emotion in between. You are so important to me and I am forever grateful for you. I am so glad that I met you and that we are where we are today. I would not want to experience life with anyone else. You are the most amazing person I have ever met and I love you so much.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
