First, take a deep breath. It's going to be okay. You've made it this far, and that in itself is truly amazing. You are beginning the road that will lead to the rest of your life. It's okay to be a little scared or overwhelmed. Most of us were scared at that point in our lives. You might feel lost or alone, but I'm here to tell you that you're not. There are people all around you who are more than willing to help you and guide you. Just because you are graduating does not mean you are being stranded in a deserted island. You did it!
You're officially entering adulthood, congrats! You can go to college and study your ass off, or you can forego school and work, heck, you can even join the military. The decision is all yours. What matters is that you do what is right for you. If you want to study something that everyone opposes but you love, study it. It's your life and what matters is that YOU are happy. This is the moment in which you can become the person you were meant to be. Go out there and explore the world and learn who you are.

Make mistakes, do dumb things, but be smart about it. Who you are known as does not define you. Start building you future. Start discovering what it is that truly makes you happy. Yes, this is the beginning, but it does not mean that what you do now will be what you do for the rest of your life. Don't give up on things just because they are hard. The best of things are worth working for. Figure out what it is that deserves your attention, figure out what is you.
You will lose friends, you will gain friends. Some will leave you suddenly; some will make a gradual exit. As much as that sucks, that's life. Hold on to the people you love. Take care of the friends that truly matter. Don't be afraid to ask for help, or just to ask questions. Being an adult is not all it's cracked up to be, but hey, ice cream for dinner can now become a thing!
You are not alone, you are never alone. Your big sister will always have your back, no matter how much of a douche you become. I'm here to help you when you need me, and to kick your ass when you need it. You'll never get rid of me. You're finally free, congrats!
