Dear College Best Friend,
We've been friends for less than a year, but I already can't imagine the rest of my life without you. Coming to a new school in a new town with new people was pretty hard. I made some bad friends, I made some good friends...but you're easily the best friend I've made.
You're the only person I can literally say anything to without judgement. Even if I'm just ranting about homework, or an exam, I know you'll listen. When it comes to the more important stuff, I know you'll be by my side, even if I'm in the wrong. We always stick together, no matter what.
There's no one I'd rather adventure around Fratland with, or shop around downtown with. I'm pretty sure we spend every waking moment together...and I usually don't get sick of you. Kidding -- I could never be sick of you. I actually get separation anxiety when you leave my side, if only for five minutes.
If I ever need advice on something, whether it be about an outfit for the night, or if I should date some boy, you know exactly what to say. You've helped me get through broken friendships that I thought I would never get over. You even stuck by side when I cried over someone who didn't matter. You don't tell me I'm overreacting when someone makes me upset. You just give me the help I need. Thank you for that.
I think we are actually the same person. I don't really understand how, but I'm so glad that we are. If I like something, chances are you will too. It makes it really easy when I need someone to relate to, because I know you'll understand. It also makes it really easy for me to borrow your clothes. Having the same style has its perks, for sure.
You're basically the exact best friend I would've asked for. I'm so happy we've become so close, and I can't wait to make so many more memories with you. I hope you're not ashamed of the fact that you are in every single photo I put on Facebook, or that people have began to refer to us as a pair.
I love you so much! Thanks for being you.
