A Letter To My Best Friend

Dear Bestfriend,

You might live hours away from me, but I am still grateful that you are in my life. I am happy that I can call you at any time and talk about basically everything as if you were sitting next me. The times we have shared in the past have made both of us very close, but being far apart and truly brought us even closer. I have learned many different things about you as we get farther and farther into college.

I know that you have gained many friends that aren’t me (and they never will be) and I would hope that they treat you right just like I do. I cannot wait to meet them and I hope you feel the same way. I also cannot wait to meet that special boy in your life and see you two blossom into whatever you guys want to be.

Thank you for being there for me at all times. I know college is stressing both of us out and that I can be a pain sometimes, but I am happy that you are in my life. I cannot wait to see us in our future and I hope you feel the same.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
