Five years ago I said that in 2019 or 2020 the Lakers would win a championship. After years of waiting, with it being only a year away, I wanted to list why I think the Lakers are finally going to do it.

1.Their young core.

The Lakers have proved this year that Kyle Kuzma and Lonzo Ball make a great tandem. The fact that they are both only rookies puts the Lakers in a solid spot with their young team.

2. The cap space.

The Lakers should have anywhere from 50-70 million in cap space this offseason almost enough for two max deals for two superstars like Lebron James and Paul George. They will build around their needs because money talks.

3. Their determined front office.

Magic Johnson and Rob Pelinka are two of the biggest names in Basketball that being said it helps to have them in your front office.

4. The King likely is headed to L.A.

Lebron James A.K.A. the King is likely headed to L.A. after buying a house in Los Angelos and showing a lot of interest in the city as well as putting L.A. on his list as one of 4 potential places he will end up.

5. Lavar Ball said so.

Lavar Ball the father of the standout Lakers Rookie and CEO of Big Baller Brand said that they would win and especially if Lebron comes to L.A.

6.The History of Winning

The Lakers have a very well known history of success. I mean who doesn't know about their 16 NBA finals championships??

7. Luke Walton Is the man for the job

Walton is Competitive and works well with the team. He has played on championship teams and been an assistant on one as well. He has also worked under Steve Kerr and Phil Jackson.

8. The Lakers have never had a championship drought longer than 9 years.

Although none of the players in the picture above are on the current roster, they all understand the championship atmosphere that surrounds L.A. It is time to win a championship in L.A.

9. They will have a superstar duo.

I think that the Lakers are highly likely to find their superstar duo that will complete the team to end the drought.

10. Sit back and go ahead and celebrate...

...because The Los Angeles Lakers are Your 2018-2019 Finals Champions.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
