5. Your section leader becomes your older sibling, parent, and mentor. How are they so wise?
6. There is always a song that will move someone in the audience. Hearing an "Amen!" in the middle of a song isn't unfamiliar to you.
7. Cindy has saved your life in some way. Either by being a listening ear or providing pearls for you out of nowhere before a performance.
8. You get a little excited if your birthday is on the same day as rehearsal. A perfect rendition of "Happy Birthday" with beautiful harmonies never fails to make you smile.
9. You look forward to Thursday devotionals. It's nice to get a weekly reminder of how God is working in your friends' lives (Also, rehearsal ends early).
10. Dr. Bartel has never forgotten your name. Ever.
11. Making funny faces at someone across the room from you is totally normal.
12. You swoon a little when you see a white dinner jacket.
13. Sometimes you sing a song in German. Then one in Hebrew. Then one in Latin. It's casual.
14. Finding out your secret tour buddy is your number one priority during Singing Quakers Tour.
15. Singing Quakers Retreat always gets you excited for the school year with people you barely know.
16. You're a little proud of yourself once you realize you know everyone's name.
17. Candlelight is more than a concert, it's a perfect start to the holiday season.
18. Wearing your formal gowns at Symphony of Spring makes you feel like a princess.
19. Hearing "When I Survey" come together for the first time at Heritage Sunday never fails to give you chills.
20. Dr. Bartel's stories about his family are great because details of his personal life can be comedic gold.
21. You probably have a funny story about Dr. Bartel to share with the choir during your senior speech.
22. When you're missing your choir folder, a little piece of yourself is missing too.
23. You're already planning on joining the Alumni choir and you're only a sophomore.
