Keeping Up: Week 1
Elizabeth A. Reed

I'm excited to start video blogging my weeks to a healthier living with you! my segments will be called, Keeping Up, and will be posted as frequently to weekly as I can keep up. This week I cover my overall goals, and give you a peek into what a day in my life looks like. I have photos in the video as milestones in my week. Below I have posted the action plan/list of goals I set with my Nutritionist before going back to school.

Action Plan: 1/16/17 - 3/13/17

1. Meal planning for the week. Going grocery shopping with roommate. Most likely go Sunday or Monday. Intention is to have one meal per day planned. Doesn't matter which one.

2. Pre-make some meals and put in dishes so that I can take with me.

3. Want to make breakfast

- wake up earlier at like 8 or 9. Set alarm.

- lights out/bedtime 12-1 am.

4. No more ramen in the house.

5. If i need to do work at night, get out of my room and do it elsewhere in the house.

6. Gym Plan, 3 times a week starting on the 23rd.
