Without a doubt, July is the best month of the year. Maybe it has something to do with it being my birthday month too, but regardless, it is still an awesome month. Nothing can beat July with these seven reasons.

1. It's summer

I mean who doesn't love summer in general?

2. Lake/pool days

Everyone loves going on the water. Whether it's floating in the pool or floating on the lake, you can have endless fun.

3. Getting your tan on

July is the perfect month to get a tan. It is a hot month with little to no rain days, so get outside and get your tan on.

4. 4th of July!!!!

Everyone loves Independence day. From the fireworks, to the endless food, and can't forget about sitting in the pool or lake all day.

5. School doesn't start for another month

You've probably been out of school for quite some time now, but school also doesn't start for awhile, either!

6. Summer foods

Watermelon, ice cream, and hot dogs — oh my! There are many summer staple foods that are only delicious in the summertime.

7. Summer weddings

Everyone loves dressing up and going to a wedding that you may or may not have been invited to.
