If you had to pick what celebrity family yours is most like, who would you pick? The Simpsons, The Brady Bunch, The Flintstones, and The Osbourne’s are all great options, but they just don’t fit mine just right. My family is a little crazy, but it is all out of love. We are all very close and see each other all the time. Also, we are each very driven to reach all our goals. There is only one family that I can see fit this description. The Kardashians. Each one of my family members fits a role of one of the 14 members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
The most fitting of all roles is my grandmother as Kris Jenner. She is all our momagers whether we like it or not. Like Kris, she plans all family trips, holiday parties, cooks, cleans, and gets involved as much in our lives as possible. If you need something she will research and find something better than you had originally asked for. For example, say you really want that brand-new sports jersey. She won’t just find it and buy the first one she sees. She will look into it, get the cheapest version of it, and maybe if she is sly enough, even be able to get it signed. She is a miracle worker when it comes to things like this. While at times she can be a little bit of a helicopter grandma, she is able to take control of this family and make things happen.
My grandfather, if you couldn’t guess, resembles Bruce Jenner. OK, I know that now she is Kaitlynn but I’m talking about before the transition. Bruce is an Olympic athlete and even though retired, still very involved in the athletic world. He is a history buff and the handyman for all his children. My grandfather is constantly running around to our different family members to help with all their small home improvements. He also has always been very into sports and you can ask him any history question and he will know the answer right away. They are both go with the flow people with very little to stress out about. Bruce and Kris, or my grandmother and grandfather, in this case, rule the family and make sure everything runs smoothly.
The next branch of the family is one of my aunts and she is Kourtney Kardashian. If you don’t know who Kourtney Kardashian is, she is the oldest of the three sisters and has two kids. She also has a boyfriend whose name is Lord Scott Disick. She is very earthy and doesn’t really deal with any of the family drama that is going on. While on the other hand, Scott causes a lot of the family drama and is a very wild and inappropriate man. Now, this role is very fitting to my aunt. She has two kids and a now-ex who is just as crazy as Lord himself. While she is more down to earth, she always attracts the crazies when it comes to guys. My aunt is very grounded and many times is the bond that keeps us together when stressful situations get the best of us.
The next Kardashian member is my father who is very much so like Rob. Rob is the youngest of the siblings and the only boy in the family. This situation is much like my dad’s. He is the oldest of the three and is the only boy. They are both laid back people with a can-do attitude. Once they set their minds to something, they stick with it. At times, both men can distance themselves from the family but they always find their ways back quickly. While Rob and my father are the more subtle of the siblings, they play a huge role in the dynamics of how our family works.
Khloe Kardashian is the outgoing, hardworking, and caring younger sister. My other aunt shares many of the same qualities. Khloe is smart and inventive when it comes to the sister’s businesses. My aunt has always been very helpful when it comes to knowing how to fill out forms and is always lending a helping hand to help us that aren’t so skilled at it. She is hard working and is always striving to reach her goals. Both women have climbed in the business world and are succeeding now that they have made it. They are always down to do activities that might seem a little out there or wild to most and always do it with a positive attitude. They are both open minded and always down for an adventure.
Now my family doesn’t 100% fit this mold because every family is special in its own way when it comes to its dynamic or how they communicate with one another. You may be wondering what Kardashian I feel I am most like. Right? Let's just say I am the baby of the family and every single one of my family members are always by my side to help me with whatever I need. Can you guess who I am? My family might be a little crazy, but it is all out of love.
