So, you see those Instagram "perfect" Dutch braids all over the place? You know...the ones that look perfect with a full on Adidas outfit or a cute summer dress? Well, I filmed a quick and easy tutorial to get a good look into how to do them! Trust me, they might take a little practice. I spent about 20 minutes one day trying and redoing, but I finally got them. They don't take a long time to learn! If you can braid, you can do them! If you can't, you're about to learn. Sit back and relax, because you're one step closer to getting that Insta-pic-worthy hair trend going for yourself!
*Note: You can do this braid with wet or dry hair, but it is easier to practice on dry hair that is fully detangled.
I start off in the video showing you what a regular braid looks like, then I quickly transition to how you would braid a Dutch braid. The key is that you are putting each section of hair underneath one another. If you can do a French braid, you can do a Dutch braid! Remember — underneath, not over. Keep adding hair until you run out, and then you can regularly braid the ends. Feel free to keep them tight or loosen them for your desire. *Warning* You'll be hooked on this hair style for a quick, easy way to style dirty hair, go to the gym, or take those gorgeous Instagram pictures!
