Dear You,
You know who you are, clearly.
You have guided and inspired me to be who I am. Without you, I would be no where, sitting in my room wasting my life away. You whipped me into shape, made me cry, encouraged me to learn and taught me how to fight. You made me realize that life isn't easy and if I wanted to stand out, I would have to work damn hard.
Thank you.
I can't ever forget the moments of growth over these past few years. I learned so much in the classroom, out in the real world and I've transformed physically. All by your virtues. No matter the amount of dedication even the most successful person in the world has, they always had that person that told them to keep going even when they didn't want to. You were that person to me. You didn't let me quit, you realized something I didn't see, and you still haven't quit on me.
Thank you.
You brought out so many emotions, many are good, but some were frightening. Sometimes, I was proud to do something for you, other times, extraordinarily embarrassed. You tried your best by putting your best effort forward, sometimes you failed miserably. It was funny though, only because I knew the true you--someone who wasn't afraid to make me happy at their own expense. I can't thank you enough.
You were there at my birth, my graduation, my races, my speeches, my presentations, my games, my high moments and my low moments. My tears fell onto you, my smile changed you, hopefully. If I have learned anything from you, it would be to pay it forward, because right now someone out there needs help. I will try to be that person and change the world for the better, all because of you.
Thank you.
You are so many people. Way too many to name, but I hope you know who you are. I'm sure you do by the end of this note. You are everyone who has ever touched me and everyone I will have the pleasure to meet. So, in advance, I must say:
Thank you.
Cheers.
