It's March Madness season and brackets are due this week. There is a lot at stake, and people will now be obsessively watching games and checking to make their teams are winning. Basketball will be everywhere, on every TV channel, on everyone's laptop screens, and phone screens too.

The madness is addicting, and no matter how much you know about college basketball everyone likes to be involved. Here are several ways to create a bracket if you haven't watched a game all season, but want to follow the games.

1. Choose the team with the higher letter in the alphabet

2. Pick by the higher academically ranked school

3. Coolest logos

4. Pick by which school has the coolest alumni

5. Pick the team with the funnier name

6. Pick the teams with your favorite players

7. Pick by which coach you prefer

8. Pick all previous winners of the whole thing

9. Choose your school to go all the way

10. Color coordinate your bracket

11. Choose by what mascot you prefer

12. Pick all the lower seeds

13. Pick all the higher seeds
