As most people are aware of by now, One Direction - the popular UK boyband - has been finalized as over. Since all of the members have their own lives now, their reign of power and popularity since their rise in 2010 has come to an end.

Zayn, one of the members of One Direction, had left sometime around last year and has created his own musical journey going solo. Ever since his departure, the rest of the band members have slowly drifted apart until the end of their last tour where they decided to take a break.

Little did fans know that this break would be the end.

The five members of One Direction; Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson all have their own lives now. One Direction is through.

Harry Styles has begun to create his own new musical life through the creation of his new solo album that is currently available for pre-order on iTunes. His first solo song, "Sign of the Times", has already gained enormous popularity and views by audiences on his new YouTube channel.

Zayn Malik has been AWOL since leaving the band a year prior. He has his own music and solo albums being created and his own personal, and fame, life going on now since leaving One Direction.

Liam Payne has a child now. A boy, born just a few weeks to a month ago with Sheryl. Clearly, his life has taken quite the turn for the best. He is rumored to be coming out with his own solo music soon enough, but for now he has a family to take care of and will likely never be in a boyband again, including One Direction.

Niall Horan has already come out with his own first solo song that has been a hit on the radios and YouTube. "This Town" is a lovely song that allows to One Direction's old fans to understand Niall's voice more in a solo music style. His solo career is taking off.

Louis Tomlinson has a child as well. The baby was born a while ago, before Liam's, and somewhat declared the definite end of One Direction. Louis now has a family of his own to love and take care of and put his time into. After Liam's child was born, this possibility became reality.

So, in conclusion, sadly our lovely band of One Direction is officially over. The members have their own lives and their own families now. The fans of this once popular boyband are now left to find new routes for their Twitter - including me. We will all enjoy their music from the past as a band and in the future as solo artists for some. We will always miss the band together, but their memories will be eternal for us fans.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
