On October 23, bring a carved pumpkin and add it to the collection while enjoying many other family friendly activities. Also, every year people look forward to the temperature dropping and being able to ice skate. For a small fee, you can rent skates and come and enjoy the parties and events the pond has to offer.
Too many people around and need some peace and quiet? Right next door to The Commons is the Boston Public Gardens. Here, enjoy the fresh aroma of flowers and relax near the calm pond water.
