He’s not worth your tears or your anger. There is so many other things that can frustrate you. There are so many other things in your life to worry about. He should not be one of them. If he makes you angry constantly, he isn’t worth it. You should be with someone who makes you happy. Not someone who makes you mad constantly. If he can’t make you smile, he isn’t worth your tears. You deserve more than that.
One of the most frustrating things is loving someone and them not loving you back. Yes, it sucks. But you can’t change how other people feel about you. You shouldn’t be head over heels for someone who isn’t head over heels for you. And being played sucks, but you can’t rely on a boy to make you happy. Let me rephrase that... You can’t rely on ANYONE to make you happy. You’re happiness needs to come from yourself. Relying on other people to make you happy is only going to end up with you getting hurt.
Sitting around and moping isn’t going to help you feel better. Get out and live your life. You are worth so much more than crying over some boy. You don’t need a boy to define you and tell you that you’re special. You need to know that you’re special without being reminded of it constantly.
Of course, everyone likes being told how much they mean to someone, but you need to mean something to yourself before you can mean the world to someone else. Crying over someone who wouldn’t cry over you just isn’t healthy. Don’t waste the time and energy. It isn’t worth it. Love yourself for you.
It’s okay to be alone sometimes. That’s when you discover things about yourself that you never knew. Don’t re read the conversations that remind you of a time that things in your life were “perfect.” Things will be perfect again before you know it. Find a hobby, find a passion, find yourself.
Care about yourself. Love yourself, before you try to love someone else. And when you fall completely and totally in love with yourself, then learn to love someone else. Let them add to your preexisting happiness. Don’t let them be the only reason for it. Do NOT ever let someone else’s definition of love defy yours. No one’s opinion of yourself is more important than your own. Remember that.
