People always say that the older you get, the more you
realize who’s really there for you, and as cliché as that is, it’s true. Over
the years, the relationship I’ve built with my mom has become completely
irreplaceable. My mom has given me a greater appreciation for all the things
she does for me, especially the sacrifices she makes. There’s more to a mom
than someone who cooks and cleans for you, buys you great presents, and bugs
you to make sure you’re wearing all your winter gear during the wintertime.
She’s a selfless person who will protect you from harm, teach you right versus
wrong, and guide you throughout your life. I’ve been fortunate enough to call
my mom my best friend and I sure hope you can too, because there's some things only a mom can do:
1. She has the utmost unconditional love for you.
2. She gives you all her support and the motivation to keep you on the right track.
3. She knows the best way to cheer you up.
4. She genuinely makes an effort to understand you.
5. Your call history is mostly your mom and you're not ashamed to admit it. You know that no matter what situation you're in, she'll be there for you.
6. You don’t worry about becoming just like her, because you actually want to.
7. No matter the destination, she enjoys being your travel buddy.
8. She’s willing to be your partner in crime.
9. She’ll give you her brutally honest opinion and you don’t mind because you know she just wants the best for you.

11. You value every minute you get to spend with your mom.
12. No matter how big or small the accomplishment is, she’s the most proud. You're blatantly each other's cheerleader and #1 fan.
13. She puts you before herself and seeing you happy is the most rewarding feeling for her.
14.She’s your backbone and you can’t thank her enough for everything.
