The holidays are just around the corner and, with the holidays, comes massive amounts of food, which inevitably lead to weight gain. Many of us go home for the holidays and leave the luxurious life of college. At college, the gym is usually only a short walking distance away, the only thing holding you back from going is your extremely cozy bed, but at home most of us have to drive to the gym which can really put a damper on your motivation. Here are some at home workouts that you can try to help you not gain the Turkey Day 20 or the Santa Claus 7.

All workouts require no equipment and are specifically targeted workouts to emphasize the butt!
Tips:
You should do 3 sets with 15 reps of each on both legs.
You should take a small break in between each exercise.
