As many of my closest friends know, Harry Potter is my absolute favorite fandom. So, I started pondering. What if the characters were in sororities? It would bring my two favorite things together in the most perfect way possible!
1. Harry Potter: Tri Delta
First of all, I have never met a Tri Delta that wasn't a Harry Potter fan. These girls are regal, confident, and strong. Harry would fit in perfectly with this group of girls simply because they all share in the same tenacious and enduring attitude needed in the Wizarding world and our own
2. Ron Weasley: Phi Mu
Weasely already has the heart of a lion, which is a classic sign of a Phi Mu lady. These girls are tough, and when it comes to loyalty, they won't let anyone down. They are friends for the ages and take sisterhood seriously. They are clever when they need to be, and they are a rock for those around them.
3. Hermione Granger: Delta Gamma
Delta Gamma would be perfect for Hermione. These girls are educated, calm, classic women. Hermione would be so excited to see all their bright shining faces and would bring a little more laughter into her life. They know when to have fun and when to take things seriously, and they would take care of Hermione as the sisters she never had.
4. Neville Longbottom: Kappa Kappa Gamma
Neville is a chill guy, which is why he would fit in perfectly with this group of girls. They are happy, bubbly, smart, and sweet, however, Kappas also have the ability to be strong leaders when they have to be. Kappas have no problem standing up for right even in the toughest of situations.
5. Luna Lovegood: Pi Beta Phi
Pi Phis are the light in a dark world. Any Pi Phi would tell you her sisterhood and loyalty for her sisters is unmatched. Pi Phis can also be silly, goofy, and the most precious people you would ever meet, exactly like Luna. Luna would love getting to share her interests, no matter how strange they may seem with her adoring newfound sisters.
6. Ginny Weasley: Chi Omega
Ginny is the example of a Chi Omega woman. She is strong, funny, confident, and adventurous. With or without Harry, Ginny was able to stand her ground in the Battle of Hogwarts and handle herself through thick and thin. She goes on to play on a national women's Quidditch team, for Pete's sake! Even though Chi Omegas sometimes have the reputation of being book worms, Ginny would help bring out the excitement in any chapter and create an atmosphere that is just as light-hearted and tenacious as she is!
7. Draco Malfoy: Kappa Delta
Kappa Deltas are some of the most classic, flawless, and kind women I know. And even though Draco has had a few rough patches in his history, he would be welcomed with open arms into KD. Kappa Deltas carry themselves in a different way, one that's confident, humble, and serious, yet lively. These ladies could teach Draco how to embody poise and adoration towards his sisters and the world around him.
8. Sirius Black: Zeta Tau Alpha
Okay, so sure he's an older man, but he has the characteristic all ZTAs possess: being absolutely lovable! ZTAs are sweet and engaging with everyone they meet and have no problem connecting and sharing themselves with those around them!
9. Fred and George: Delta Zeta
Fred and George are the embodiment of DZs simply because they bring the fun to any party! They have a love for one another and a loyalty unmatched; however, they have no problem letting loose and having fun! Delta Zetas greet their world with a smile and see every opportunity to make things fun and exciting, which is why these guys would be the perfect addition to any chapter of Delta Zeta.
10. Cho Chang: Alpha Phi
Alpha Phi could use a girl like Cho simply because of her grace under pressure, strength, and faithfulness, even in the toughest times. They are kind and adoring, yet tough and serious, and they have the ability to fit into any circle they desire! Alpha Phis have an unbreakable bond and need a woman like her to help hold them tighter together!
11. Nymphadora Tonks: Kappa Alpha Theta
Tonks would fit in with Theta because she marches to her own beat and has no problem walking into a room and taking it over in the most professional and amazing way possible. They have no problem being different than the crowd and love to include any and all the people they meet and would have no problem making Tonks feel right at home!
