Halloween Costume Upgrades

Trick-or-Treat! Halloween season is amongst us once again. Time for the haunted houses, Halloween parades, and most importantly the candy. As a child, I remember trick or treating with my older sister and dad, while mom stayed at home handing out the candy. I asked my mom what my previous costumes were, she responded “your first Halloween you were a Dalmatian, followed by a tiny cheerleader, multiple princesses, Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and a couple years of just dressing outlandishly.” Thanks mom.

Now instead of the basic, everyday costumes I am upgrading you to some cool, new styles (for boys and girls.)

Boys:

1. Cop to James Bond
2. Cowboy to Lumberjack
3. Football Player to Nerd
4. Superhero to Maverick & Goose
5. Grease to Jay Gatsby


Girls:

1. Hooters waitress to Olympic Gymnast
2. Sexy animals (bunny, cat, mouse, etc.) to Greek Goddess
3. Sexy Nurse to a Boxer
4. Superhero to a Pirate
5. Witch to a Princess


(and please, no clowns this halloween)

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
