Believe it or not, the 90’s was such a cool time to grow up. It is true that we grew up very different than kids today. We had many cool little gadgets before apps on the iphone were a thing, and awesome shows and movies. I’ve realized how awesome it really was to have grown up in the 90’s into the transition of the 2000’s. These are just a few of the cool things that people that grew up in the 90's know about and understand.
1. The HitClips: 20 second clips of songs that everybody had/wanted before the iPod
Whoever had the most was super cool, and if you had he boombox you got even more bonus points.
2. This game was also pretty fun, since iPhones weren't a thing until 2007.
3. Or these colorful gadgets
They even let me play with these at the dentist office while I waited for the dentist.
4. And lets not forget about when the Tamagotchi's came out
5. When you did play on the computer most people had Neopets (1999)
Still not sure what this was either.
6. And AIM before you could really text

Yes, you had to manually rewind them.

Whoever dared to use these in the middle school hallways… were impressive, just not to the teachers. Or if you were a klutz like me you definitely didn't get these.
But, really there are also so many TV show's on Nickelodeon and Disney Channel from the 90's as well, which shows how these are just 10 of the many awesome perks of growing up as a 90's kid.
