Whether you are out on a date, or with a group of friends, girls always seem to take a generous amount of bathroom breaks. Guys always wonder why girls need to go to the bathroom so much? But most importantly, why can’t they go by themselves?
This infamous question has remained unanswered for a while, leaving men uneasy while on dates, or outings, when this action occurs. They constantly wonder, are they coming back? Did I do something wrong? Why do they keep leaving and going off together? Never fear!
Girls absolutely cannot go to the bathroom alone. It is like a war zone. You need at least one friend to go with you at all times in order to make it back alive. When we go to the bathroom, it is like a covert op-spy mission, the bathroom is our safe house. This mission has been enacted to see if we really do like you, or if you are a waste of our precious time. The bathroom is where we relay our intel and discuss how we are feeling about said individual(s) while on this date. Do you think he is into me? Is he, like, really worth my time? The list goes on.
Girls love to be together and gossip. It is a natural thing, gossiping is actually one of our many God-given talents. We must go off on our own sometimes to do so, so we don't come off as cliquey or rude, offending you with what we say about people.
If the girls are in the bathroom for a long time -- watch out, they are scheming. I know, you totally guessed that -- congrats you have amazing female intuition. Wrong, maybe we are just having a great time together, without you. Or chances are, she just really has to touch up her makeup -- shocker, right? No secret plan or plot involved. It is a bathroom for crying out loud, it’s what people do.
Usually guys are oblivious and don’t pay attention to things, even the most obvious ones. So why do they care so much about our bathroom trips? Don’t even get me started on the questions about sleepovers -- no, we don’t have sexy pillow fights. That is creepy, and to be honest, who has that much energy for a pillow fight? Again, perfect time to gossip and creep hardcore on your social media.
Never underestimate a girl's ability to scheme, but bathroom trips are just overrated. Rarely do we go and break apart every detail of the night. Usually we just like safety in numbers and someone to talk to while we go. What’s so hard to understand?
