Grief is the acute pain that accompanies loss. It is deep, because it is a reflection of what we love, and it can feel all-encompassing. Grief is a multifaceted response to loss, particularly to the loss of someone or something that has died, to which a bond or affection was formed. Although conventionally focused on the emotional response to loss, it also has physical, cognitive, behavioral, social, cultural, spiritual and philosophical dimensions. When we are griefing we tend to lose ourselves just bear, the pain inside of us, forgetting that our loved ones are also feeling the pain and to share that pain with someone. Griefing is good, it shows that we miss and love that special person who went to the world beyond,we also must remember that we are going to be re-joined with that person someday,when we also go to the beyond world.
