Graze is a weekly subscription service dedicated to healthy FOOD and SNACKS! Who doesn't love food, right? The boxes arrive on your doorstep each week. It is $11.99 per box. You will get eight snacks to try and love, and there is something for everybody in each box! The box is super cute, so that's a plus too!

I will be doing an unboxing and review of my Graze box that I received... HERE WE GO!

Now just like every subscription box, they always give a booklet or some sort of paper that tells you what the box will have in it, and what I loved about this one was that it told you all the ingredients in each item, which could be helpful to a lot of people!

1. The first snack that I tried was the wholegrain banana caramel dippers. This was an interesting snack to get in a snack box because it actually had caramel to dip the banana flavored cookies in and let me tell ya, it was delicious. I'm a sucker for caramel.

2. The second snack that I tried was the protein cashew kick mixture. Now for me these were not my favorite because they were spicy and I do not do spicy food. Now for someone who likes snacks like this, these would be perfect!

3. The third snack that I tried was something called the vitamin E defense. This is a mixture of hazelnuts, peanuts, raisins, and cranberries. I enjoyed this little combination because it reminded me of trail mix, and who doesn't love a good trail mix?

4. The fourth snack that I tried was a butterscotch popcorn flapjack and even though the name is kind of odd, these little snacks reminded me of a granola bar, and these were one of my favorite snacks in the whole box. I really enjoyed them.

We're halfway there :)

5. The fifth snack that I tried was the strawberries and cream protein granola topper. I love granola so I was really excited for this and I really enjoyed this snack as well because the combination is so delicious. Absolutely loved this granola with the strawberry and yogurt pieces distributed throughout the granola. So yummy!

6. The sixth snack that I tried was the active nutrient blend. This includes dates, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts. This was an interesting blend. I was not a big fan of this, but that might be because I do not like dates. I enjoyed the walnuts in this mixture.

7. The seventh snack was the spicy Thai sriracha crunch, and like I said before, I do not do spicy things, so this was not for me. It was too spicy for my liking, but I let some of my friends who enjoy spicy foods try it and they enjoyed it very much!

8. And last but not least, the eighth snack that I tried was the vanilla almond protein granola topper. This is like a typical granola brand and I have been using it for my yogurt topping and it is sooooo good. Love this little snack.

All in all, I really enjoyed receiving this box. The snacks are great and there is plenty of snacks for everybody. They are all healthy and would be a great box to buy for a family, a workplace, or even just for yourself. I received a coupon code from Graze as well. You can get your first and fifth Graze box for FREE if you use the code: LIZM1D4DB

Just head on over to www.graze.com to get your box and use the code!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
