I am a firm believer in karma, good and bad. Anytime my car breaks down, they run out of lemonade at Starbucks or I hit every red light possible when I’m trying to get somewhere I blame karma. On the other side of things anytime I find a 5 dollar bill on the ground or get a second chance on an assignment I see it as a reward for my good deeds, good karma.
Holding the door for someone, donating money/time (especially around the holidays), helping a friend out etc. all of these good things deserve good karma am I right? Now don’t get me wrong everyone wants good things to happen to them but you shouldn’t do all these nice things just because you want good karma in return, wanting to help people should come natural.
On the flip side of there are a few people who I believe deserving the worst karma possible.
People who cut you off on the highway, girls who skip you in line for the bathroom at Clyde’s, or when the testing center over books seats and you have to wait 3 hours to take your test. While these things do happen and you just want to scream, you have to sit back and let karma do it’s thing.
What I hate the most about karma is waiting. It at times feels like you wait forever for bad karma, for people to finally get a taste of their own medicine, but when it finally does it’s one of the best feelings.
