When you're a freshman, you think about how great it is to finally live away from your parents and home. But you don't realize how quick the time will go by and how much you're going to miss it. As a senior in college, May signifies that brand new chapter of one's life and how it's time to "adult."
But it also signifies that you're soon going to move out and your college roommates won't be steps away from your room. Here's to why I'm going to miss these crazy people I call my college roommates:
1. Late night heart-to-hearts
2. Their closets
3. Always having someone to eat breakfast / lunch / or dinner with
4. Cuddle sessions
5. Having someone to get ready to go out with
6. Midnight Taco Bell runs
7. Constantly having someone to vent to to
8. Watching our favorite television series together
9. Celebrating holidays together
10. All the hysterical, embarrassing SnapChats and pictures of one another
11. Always having someone to run errands with
12. Going out and captioning the Instagram picture "Girls of (Insert Room Number Here)"
13. Participating in school related events together
14. Always having someone to take candids with before you go out
15. Having someone there to put you in a better mood after a bad day
16. Someone to take care of you when you're sick (or make fun of each other)
17. Prank wars
18. Having someone to Instagram / Facebook / Twitter stalk that cute guy in your class
19. Always having someone to do pointless, yet funny things with
20. Living with your best friends, your family, and the people who have seen you naked more than they have wanted
While some people in your life come and go, these are the people you've been granted the opportunity to live and experience college with.
