"New Girl" is definitely one of my favorite comedies in the history of comedies. I love Zooey Deschanel and I especially love her as Jess Day on "New Girl." If you haven't seen the show, you should definitely binge watch the first four seasons on Netflix, ASAP. You won't regret it. Think you will? Let's look at how many times "New Girl" basically explains the life of just about every girl.

1. The time you spotted a cute guy in a bar.

2. When you say too much to that cute guy at the bar and come off a little psycho.

3. When you don't want to face life's problems.

Whether it be avoiding a problem with a friend or the aftermath of failing an exam—sometimes the best thing to do is hide and shove your face.

4. When it's "that" time of month.

5. And your guy friends think you're overreacting about the pain.

6. The days when you get to stay in the house and do nothing.

I think every girl can agree that going braless is one of the greatest feelings.

7. When you see food at any time of any day.

8. When you're single, but are surrounded by couples.

9. When you're just really emotional and need a moment.

Especially after breakups, it's always healthy to put on some T-Swift to get you through; regardless of whether you're a fan or not.

10. The times when you feel like nothing is going right for you.

11. When someone cries in front of you and you just can't hold back.

Let's be honest, no one is a cute crier and sometimes you just have to say it.

12. When your love life is nonexistent.

if you've been single for quite some time, you're practically convinced that growing up to become an old cat lady is basically your destiny.

13. When you correct someone.

And by someone, I really mean a boy.

14. The mornings when your hair just won't cooperate.

15. When you're trying to convince your friends that you're fun to be with.

16. Finally, when you get the courage to stick up for yourself and are proud of who you are.

...because every girl should like who she is and own it!

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
