What’s your name and where are you from?

My artist name is Kevlar siickk. What inspired me to create that name was my hardcore, unique, aggressive, and bulletproof rap style that is relentlessly filled with energy and originality. Also, I wanted to separate myself from modern-day rappers by giving myself an uncommon name such as Kevlar Siickk. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, which I created a nickname for, which is called Mafia city. I'm sure that the name is self-explanatory due to everyone already knowing the history of the Las Vegas City.

Why do you love music?

I have a die-hard passion for music because I can express myself without any obstacles or barricades. There are absolutely no limitations on what emotions I can display in a song. I strongly stress that I am pro 1st amendment rights because Freedom of speech is the apex and the soul of music. Also, I extremely admire the reactions of the fans when they encourage me to continue to make good music that speaks to their hearts and souls.

What makes you different?

What makes me different is my lyrically aggressive plus soldier-influenced rhyming style. Unlike most rappers, I can write triple and quadruple rhyme patterns. To me, my complex style is undefined, and I relentlessly strive to be something different. I always practice leadership because I want to be the one leading instead of the one taking orders. I don't wanna be forced to follow trends unless I feel that I want to deliver a message with a trending beat that is suitable for a particular subject. Basically, uniqueness is the key every time in my book

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I pray that the master of the universe allows me to have breath in the next five years because if so, I see myself as being at a legendary status as a lyricist and as a businessman. My determination is music, health, wealth, and family. I am always hungry, and the feast is success. I am the wolf that is never satisfied, so it makes me the wolf climbing the hill instead of the wolf that's already on the top of the hill. In other words, I stay hungry for success.

What do you want to accomplish?

Far as step 1, which is my 2023 goal, is to have my extraordinary song John Wick featured in the John Wick Chapter 4 movie. I pray that Taylor Bates or Jen Malone is reading this article, lol. Far as my long-term goals-I want to be a respectable and legendary lyricist. Also, I have plans to be a successful entrepreneur like Rick Ross or Jay-Z. I could remember the first time I walked inside Jay-Z's Magnificent 40/40 club in Las Vegas a while back when he had first opened it, it immediately inspired me to want to own a dance club of my own. Also, when I watched interviews and mini-documentaries of the rapper Rick Ross, it immediately inspired me to want to have parallel success in the real estate and the restaurant business just like him. I strive for that goal every day. To me, Being relentless and passionate is the key to becoming successful, which is my mental state.

What do you want to be remembered by?

I would love to be remembered as one of the top Tier Musicians of all time. I want to be placed in the juggernaut king category like 2pac, biggie, Eminem, Ice Cube, Rakim, Nas, The Game, Dr. Dre, The D.O.C., Snoop Dogg, E40, and like so many other legends. I sincerely want that legendary status, so I mentally train myself to believe that motivation and dedication will lead me to the path to finding the keys that will open the doors of success for me to enter. Also anybody that wants to support me. My site is Kevlarsiickk.com

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
