I have a love hate relationship with my mind sometimes. It can send off thoughts of love, joy and happiness that hardly can be contained when released. Other times however, it cripples my body into fettle position, wanting to hide from my thoughts as they travel down my body and position my limbs into fettle position. Stay calm why don’t you? A question I ask myself as I dive deeper into a pool of uncertainty in regards to school, work, and relationships. Peace of mind is a statement you should strive to put into action. You are able, and so you will. You are worthy of all the blessings you are receiving. The connections you are making and the path to greatness that you are on are not by coincidence. Let the doubt leave as quickly as it comes. Let the people that come and fill your head-space with uncertainty exit and don’t let them re-enter your space again. Sometimes the people you want around are who you want, not who you need.

You are love, you are light, and you are perfectly painted. Fight the urge to believe the uncertainty that spews from your mind sometimes, and unfold yourself out of fettle position with more strength and love towards yourself than before. A gentle reminder for not just you, but me as well.

Through pain, sorrow and discomfort – peace will still rise and settle sweetly in our lives
