Here’s Why Your Best Friends Are Your Actual Soul Mates
Seriosulymen

Charlotte York (Goldenblatt), from Sex and the City, said it best, “'Maybe we can be each other’s soul mates. And then we can let men be just these great, nice guys to have fun with.” Our best friends are our biggest cheerleaders. They’re more than just the person you drunkenly eat pizza with at two in the morning. They’re your soul mate. Here’s how you know:

1. They never judge you for that REALLY stupid thing you did last night.

Let’s be honest, she’s usually the one standing next to you cheering you on as you dance on the the bar.

2. Even when you didn't take their advice, they'll still let you cry on their shoulder when it goes wrong.

She definitely told you that you shouldn’t date that guy, but you did anyways, and now he broke your heart. No matter how many times she told you it was a bad idea, she will still be the first person to cuddle you as you cry.

3.Sometimes staying in and ordering endless take-out with them is so much better than going out.

Chinese food and "The Notebook?" I think so.

4. They are your number one dance partner.

Did they really just start playing YOUR song? No worries, your best friend is already on her way to the dance floor.

5. They are the first person to ask whose a** they’re kicking for making you cry.

Oh, it was a guy? She doesn’t care, she will still probably try and fight him.

6. You have a show you specifically watch together and never without each other.

You also probably have decided which characters on the show are both of you. My best friend and I are definitely Meredith and Christina. Also we’ve absolutely picked which bachelor contestants we are.

7. You always side with one another. No matter what.

Your best friend’s nemesis is trying to tell her that the grass is green but your BF is convinced it’s blue. Of course it’s blue. If my BF says it’s blue, the grass is blue.

8. Anything you do without each other, isn’t the same.

Thank you face-time for giving me a way that my best friend can ALWAYS be there.

9. You love yourself more when you’re around them because they bring out the best in you.

They're usually more proud of you for your accomplishments than you are.

10. You can’t imagine your life without them.

Who would steal shampoo from a frat bathroom with you? Who would eat endless buffalo chicken pizzas with you? Who would listen to you rant about how your “seriously staying single for a while this time?” Only your best friend, that’s who. Your life wouldn’t be the same with out this person. They’re definitely your soul mate.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.
