Hi Love,

I’m sure you will never know how much you mean to me, but I aspire to put it in words so you may understand the depth of my love and appreciation for your one-of-a-kind soul.

You’ve been there for me through all the excellent and the downright shittiest moments of my life. When all else fails, I know I can always count on you for a pick-me-up from all the callous things and moments that comes with this life.

You may be one of the most crass, abrasive, and honest human beings there is. But, you also have the kindest and most sincere heart there ever will be. I must say that many people may not appreciate those qualities and all that you are, but I always will.

People may never understand why you are the way you are and to be honest, most of them don't deserve to. I do not ever want you to change yourself for anyone because you warrant to be loved just the way you are.

You know all of my demons and I know all of yours. Never, for a second in that beautiful life of yours, let some tell you that you aren’t worth it and you have the audacity to believe them. You are wonderful, fabulous, ambitious and beautiful inside and out.

I will always have your back. I will always take your side. As cliché as it sounds, you always have a friend in me. And when you are having your down moments, I got you boo.

I see that you work harder than everyone else because you desire to prove yourself worthy, always. I can see the bright future ahead of you even when you experience some of your darkest moments and feel like a failure.

May your toil ever be fruitful and may you find passion and joy in all that you do. Wherever you end up and whatever you end up doing, I'm sure you'll be great. I know you'll be great!

May all the fabulous, extravagant, successful things be yours. I always want to know about your day, life, and everything else in between. I know you want to travel the world, and I hope I get to travel with you and see all the beautiful wonders of this Earth.

When you cry, I cry. When you feel joy, I celebrate with you. You win is my win and vice-versa. You will always know when, where, why, and how to find me, and you will never need a reason.

You always see me for all that I am, and not necessarily what everyone else sees. You make me see the truth even when I hate you momentarily for doing so. I appreciate your honesty, your love, and your adoration and I will never take you and all that you offer for granted.

There's really no need to tell you I love you unconditionally because that has already been established and set in stone. Stay true to yourself and know that I am always rooting for you!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
