Friday Night, as Told by Spongebob Squarepants

Every "Spongebob Squarepants" fan in the world knows that Spongebob was the original party animal. From "Goofy Goober Rock" to his escapades at the ice cream bar, Spongebob showed the world that he truly knew how to throw it down.

As the Spongebob generation grows older, we see much of ourselves in the characters. Each character has their own distinct disposition, and most of them depict the process of growing up. However, when it comes to Friday night, even those who identify the most with Squidward can find themselves behaving like Spongebob the entire night. Spongebob's sweet, easily excitable personality reflects that of any college student excited to blow off some steam when the weekend finally arrives.

Spongebob's life, more often than not, accurately depicts the emotions felt as students get ready with their squad for a night of fun, dancing and pizza.

1. Sitting through Friday classes thinking about the weekend ahead of you

2. When the time finally comes to start getting ready, and you and your squad occupy the bathroom to get ready like:

3. Taking pictures with your friends before heading out.

4. When you look outside and the Uber has arrived.

5. Finally rolling into the party, and your dance moves look a little something like this:

6. Trying to fight your way through the crowd of people at the make-shift bar in the basement.

7. When you accidentally run into the person you sit next to in class.

8. When the DJ plays your favorite song and you bust out every single word.

9. When you spot a cutie on the other end of the dance floor.

10. When your friend saves you from dancing with someone you really don't want to dance with.

11. Making the decision to drunk text your ex and they don't text you back.

12. Leaving the party at the end of the night like:

13. When you finally get back to your room after dancing your makeup off and look in the mirror.

14. Ending the night eating cheesy bread with the squad.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
