If you have ever wondered what your favorite Disney characters were like as college freshman, look no further! All the evidence you have ever needed can be found laced throughout Disney's beloved films. Although starting college may feel overwhelming, you are not alone in the process. Perhaps you are juggling with an identity crisis as you step into the next chapter of your life, but don't panic. Let your favorite Disney characters guide you in how to act (or how not to act) when starting college.

1. Mufasa

Made popular by winning Prom King his senior year of high school, Mufasa entered college with the attitude that he and his high school buddies were going to rule the campus.

2. Snow White

Snow White earned herself a dodgy reputation early on in the game by spending nearly all her time at a Frat House on the outskirts of campus. You can image all the rumors that started flying after she mysteriously got poisoned!

3. Cinderella

No one knew for sure what party Cinderella stumbled into her first weekend away, but the talk all over campus for months was that she stumbled out wearing only one shoe!

4. Rapunzel

As soon as she was out of the house and on her own, Rapunzel conjured up the idea that she was invincible. She went on to be a spunky freshman with lots of energy. On her first day, she signed up for every club and organization on campus.

5. Prince Adam

Adam was a bit of a late bloomer and his years prior to college were not the best. He was horribly misunderstood and girls rarely gave him the time of day. Suddenly, with college around the corner, puberty hit Adam like a truck. He later became one of the most desirable guys on campus.

6. Jasmine

Around campus, Jasmine was well-known for being a feminist and destroyer of female stereotypes. You go girl!

7. Gaston

Gaston was an overrated jock that entered college believing his high school popularity would follow him through life. Although his hair and biceps were frequently referred to as "dreamy," his negative attitudes towards feminism kept girls from giving him the time of day.

8. Nemo

Nemo wanted his freshman year to be as adventurous as possible, so he immediately ditched his parents and decided to explore the new territory for himself. Like other boys his age, Nemo had some pretty warped ideas about what passes as socially acceptable behavior, so let's just say he got slapped in the face more than a few times at his first party. Nemo's friends were less than enthusiastic about his audacity.

9. Pocahontas

Pocahontas started off her freshman year hanging out with a Tinder match she didn't even like. In hopes of exiting the relationship, Pocahontas took to flirting with the exchange students for fun. She hit it off with one guy in particular, though they spoke different languages. Pocahontas later argued that they did in fact understand each other through the universal language of love.

10. Elsa

Elsa was a girl that dealt with a lot of stress during her high school years. In college, she learned to let it go and believe in herself, which made her much happier. Keep defying gravity, Elsa!

11. Sleeping Beauty

Aurora actually earned the nickname "Sleeping Beauty" her freshman year of college for consistently oversleeping, missing class, staying in on Friday nights, and being found in random parts of campus snoring loudly.

12. Mickey Mouse

Mickey was a popular guy because he was always so cheerful and nice. While starting his freshman year, Mickey remained wildly optimistic that he and his long-time girlfriend Minnie would stay together. The couple is still going strong to this day. True story!

13. Anna

Anna definitely came to college looking for love. She ran into a seemingly nice guy at a party her first week of school and convinced herself that he was "the one." She has since learned how to cope with heartbreak, but still goes after guys she barely knows.

14. Genie

Genie was one of the most lovable guys on campus. Every time he saw someone sitting alone or noticed someone feeling homesick, he would swoop in with a magic trick or witty joke to brighten their spirits. Genie took pride in being a friend to all.

15. Winnie the Pooh

Winnie the Pooh never listened to warnings about the "freshman 15" and continued to enjoy his favorite snacks in between classes.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
