A Former Belieber's Reaction To JB's VMA 2015 Performance

If you were a 16-year-old belieber like myself, you will understand the excitement of waiting to buy his CDs, watching previews for his concert movies, trying to find a signed copy of his book, waiting outside Macy's for his perfume, and repeatedly trying to win tickets to his concert. The one, the only, Justin Bieber. Yes, you knew when his birthday was, where he was born, even his blood type ... You even follow all of his crew members on social media, STILL to this day.

Then, Justin turned into a hooligan and you were like, ehh -- I liked baby Bieber better than thug Bieber. And for the past few years you've had to deal with people asking why you had a Justin Bieber doll and cardboard cut out in your room. Occasionally there'll be an attractive picture of him or a short video clip of him singing, and you love him for a few seconds but try to forget you were once a belieber. Ever since he got arrested, you've been embarrassed to call yourself a former belieber.

So now it's 2015 and you're watching the VMAs, and MTV keeps hyping Justin Bieber's performance during the commercials. You expect him to sing his current songs and dance the same dance moves he always dances, but what you didn't expect was falling for him all over again...NO SHAME.

As he comes out on stage dramatically, as always, your anticipation rises. You're pretty sure he'll be horrible and embarrass himself, but then you start to listen and think he actually sounds OK...But then all of a sudden he sounds better...and better...and BETTER, WHY AM I SMILING!?


(Yes, I got a photo from Just Jared because you too remember being on this site looking for pictures of the Biebs every, single, day.) So you see him in his all black attire, nothing crazy or stupid looking. Then you start noticing his same dance moves from all his performances. And then it hits you ... and you start getting flash backs.

He's still your baby ...

Oh god...Why is he so cute?

And when his decent performance ends with him floating down from a harness, you see him bent over and SOBBING.

And now you are your 14/15/16 year old belieber self again.

Oh how you wish you could be his OLLG ...
