If you make her cry, there will be consequences.

Let me start this letter off by saying you are an incredibly lucky man to have such an amazing woman in your life. Trust me, I know how great she is. She has been in my life for as long as I can remember. She is my partner in crime, my best friend, and unbiological sister all wrapped in one. She is the Cristina Yang to my Meredith Grey and if you don't get that reference, trust me, you will soon enough.

She has been there for me through it all, the ups and the downs, the good and the bad, and the plain old ugly. But, that's okay because that's what she does. She's loyal, she will always stay by your side, and she will help you through any problem you may be facing. With her, you will never have to face your problems alone again. I can't count the times that she has stayed up all night with me, talking on the phone for hours helping me through a situation I had been facing. She is someone who you can always count on to be there for you. Not once have I ever questioned her loyalty to me.

She's the girl that has the biggest heart and would literally do anything for anyone that crosses her path. But, sadly not everyone does the same for her. This breaks my heart because she especially deserves it. I have seen her time and time again getting her heart broken by guys who haven't treated her right and that doesn't just hurt her... It hurts me too. It kills me inside seeing her sad or crying because she is the sweetest and most kind-hearted girl you will ever find.

There are few things you should know about her. Firstly is that family and friends are everything to her. Odds are, she will put them before you. Don't take it personally, it means that her priorities are straight. The more time you two spend together, eventually you will become a part of her family and then you will be one of her top priorities. The next thing is that she tells me EVERYTHING so that basically means I know all of your secrets because she and I have no secrets. Also, we have and we will continue to have girls nights. You don't get a say in that so be prepared for late night ice cream runs and Grey's Anatomy marathons because that's just what we do. But don't worry, we will go back to season one so you can catch up and get filled in on the storyline.

One of the last things you should know is that she is stubborn but you will pick up on that real quick - but don't take it as a bad thing. It simply means that she knows what she does and does not want in her life. She is driven and she won't let anything or anyone step in her way. If you are lucky enough to end up with her, treat her right, love her, and cherish her because she is the best you could ever do.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
