It's crazy to think that many fast food places don't sanitize, wipe of counters and tables and make sure that the food they are serving you is done and right. But, they don't. In some fast food places, I notice a sign on the mirror, in the restroom that states: "wash your hands, before you come back to work". Many people (employees and customers) don't even notice the sign at all. It's not shocking that many employees don't wash their hands or sanitize, when they are really suppose to. Especially in a fast food restaurant. Many things get missed. But, in a fast food restaurant, you shouldn't miss or skip on sanitizing to keep their employees safe and especially their customers safe. There are many cases out here, that involves food poising in these fast food places. Here are some food poising symptoms that everyone should know about.

1. Stomach pain

Stomach pain is one of the main symptoms of food poising. If you are having extreme stomach pain, for example cramping or tightness of the stomach. You might have food poising. The stomach pain will hurt so bad that you wouldn't be able to eat or sleep. The stomach pain might come and go through out the day.

2. Vomiting

Another main symptom of food poising is vomiting.Vomiting is another important symptom. If you are vomiting a lot and haven't even eating anything, you might have food poising. Sometimes even dry heaving, like you're about to vomit is from food poising. If you are trying to eat or drink something and it will not stay down. You might need to consider going to the doctor about food poising.

3. Low energy/nausea

This is not a main food posing symptom. But, it is something to consider. When you have food poising your energy level is very low. You can barley move, let alone walk the block around your house. The only thing you can do is lay in bed all day. You don't even have the energy to sit up in bed all you can do is lay down until the food poising pass. Another symptom you can have with food poising is nausea. Some people get the symptom and others don't. But, you can instantly get queasy and have the urge to vomit but don't. This is a common symptom for food poising.

4. Diarrhea

Diarrhea is one of the main symptoms to have. Food poising causes a lot of trips to the bathroom between vomiting and diarrhea. Diarrhea can be very severe. After every meal that you eat or every time you drink something, you have to go to the bathroom. You just might have food poising. if it gets to severe, seek a doctor's help.

Thank you for reading my article this week! I know it was off topic from fashion. But, I just wanted to talk about food poising because I actually just had it myself. Next week I will go back to fashion. I will be talking about The trends for the fall and the new fall colors.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
