If you have the urge to crowd surf.... Do it.
Con to crowd surfing: you may lose all of your friends. Pro: you'll have a sick Go-Pro video for Instagram. I mean come on, look how awesome it iPlay "Thunderstruck" with your neighbors
Thunderstruck is a campgrounds classic. You may wake up to your neighbors singing it in the morning or in the middle of the night... but give them a break. It's Firefly tradition.
Find the campgrounds slip and slide, and slide on.
Every year someone brings a tarp the length of a football field. Whether it's covered in mud and rain water or just plain old water, finding the Firefly slip and slide is a must.
Track down every Tina sign on the campgrounds.
Be in the front row for your favorite band.
You may wait in front of the stage all day but seeing your favorite artist in the front row is what Firefly is all about.
Play sports at Firefly.
If you're into sports, you're going to love this. This year at Firefly you can register a team to play in soccer, flag football, capture the flag and so many other sporting events on the festival campgrounds!
Chill and grill with your neighbors.
There's a culture at Firefly where neighbors hang out with each other and lend one another a hand when needed. For as much time you spend in front of the Main Stage, you spend double that at your campsite. Be friendly, share your snacks and enjoy your neighbors company.
Catch all the headliners at the Main Stage
The stories you'll bring home from being at all the Main Stage performances are one's you'll cherish forever. There's a good vibe that floats around the Main Stage all weekend long because of the stacked lineup Firefly has to offer. You're also hearing your favorite songs with your crew, live. Nothing beats that.
Get on someone's shoulder's and enjoy the view.
This weekend anything can happen in the Woodlands, which is totally normal at Firefly. Be prepared for an experience like none other, and most importantly do not fear the music festival. Be one with the festival, and have the time of your life.
