As much as you prepare for classes starting up, It's something you can never fully prepare yourself for. Whether it's a freshman thinking "all-nighters" and "freshman 15" aren't a real thing or the freshman who is missing home and mom's cooking, or the upperclassmen who are promising to do better but know deep down the 8 AM isn't going to work out, along with understanding the importance of the on-campus coffee shop, the library, and having a best friend who takes amazing notes, it's also important to understand having God's word to lean on during times of loneliness, stress, and hours questioning your major is most important.
Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
Isaiah 41:10 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart I have overcome the world."
John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

In the midst of an all-nighter, begging God to cancel the chemistry final, or praying over a bank account, God's word is always there and should always be utilized.
