It is that dreaded time of the semester once more: finals week. This time of the semester tends to lead students into stress and having severe cases of anxiety, but once this week is over, students can finally relax. If that giant mountain of stress and anxiety is haunting you and you feel as if you're not going to get over it, check out what's below and see how the cast of "Emperor's New Groove" handles finals week.
1. Realizing you have to stay off social media.
Nothing sucks worse than realizing that in order for you to focus and make sure that you ace your finals, you must say goodbye to social media and all of its glory.
2. When some of your friends tell you they don't have finals.
While your friends are out partying and celebrating the end of the semester, you are stuck inside your room or the library studying.
3. Trying to study for multiple finals that are on the same day.
Sometimes it seems that your professors have had a secret meeting and decided to make all of your finals or final projects due on the same day. This tends to cause you to spiral into insanity.
4. When anyone comes near you during finals week.
You are already extremely stressed out from the various amounts of studying and then people decide it is time to socialize. NO. GET AWAY. I AM STRESSED.
5. When you are trying to force yourself to sleep, but your upstairs neighbors are stomping around.
We have all had this issue come up at least once. You are trying to get some type of sleep before your final, but you have that one upstairs neighbor who decides it is the perfect night to play Just Dance.
6. While you're in the middle of studying and your mom calls you.
Sometimes a phone call from your mom is needed. While I love you mom, you calling me 100 times during the week of finals is one way for me to snap really quick.
7. When your professor places the final down in front of you.
You have studied all night and there is a slight bit of confidence in your system telling you that you've got this.
8. Seeing what's on the exam.
You are looking at this final and realizing that you "don't got this." You're sitting there trying to regurgitate any information you can remember.
9. Facing the fact that you bombed that exam.
Might as well pack up and tell your mom that you're moving back home for good.
10. When you get your grades back and see that you have passed.
The gods from above have shined down on you and have blessed you with a passing grade. You have made it!
