Feelings of an Online Shopaholic

Just. One. More. Click.

We've all been there, constantly scrolling through heaps and heaps of products that we just have to have. There's something so easy about online shopping that you don't get when you're shopping in real life. It's also way easier to forget how much money is actually on your bank account when you're one click away from spending it without a receipt or mental repercussions.

I am one of the many who have admitted that I have a major addiction. An online shopping addiction, specifically. Do I need it? Probably not. Will I ever need it? Maybe! And that maybe is enough for me to click and have it sent to my apartment, hopefully with free two-day shipping (Shoutout to Amazon Student prime). Any online shopper knows how great it feels to have anything at your fingertips, but any online shopper also knows how angry bank accounts can get after awhile...

1. The joy of not having to leave bed to shop!


2. Reading through reviews before you buy.

3. Fantasizing about how good it would be to have it!

4. ...realizing you need to set it show prices low to high...

5. Seeing the related or suggested items.

6. When you finally buy what is in your cart.

7. Expectation of what you'll look like in whatever you bought.

8. Waiting for your stuff to arrive.

9. When you order off a really cheap site you've never used before.

10. Reality (sometimes) of what you look like in whatever you bought.


11. When it finally arrives!

12. When other people judge you for your addiction.
